Located on N. Washington and overlooking a historic downtown square, this late-1800s building held incredible untapped potential on its second floor. Once unused, the space still carried traces of its past—including remnants of original elevator gears that hinted at its rich history.
In partnership with the building owner, we thoughtfully selected materials that both honored the building’s heritage and introduced modern functionality. By preserving and showcasing the original brick while integrating updated finishes, the space now blends historic character with contemporary design—bringing new life to a once-forgotten area.
